Where are your fixtures made?
All of our fixtures are made to U.L. standards in the U.S.A. in Orcutt, California.
How long will I have to wait for my fixtures?
Stock catalog items can be shipped in four to six weeks. Modified stock items require approximately eight weeks for production. Fully custom items can be shipped in 12 weeks after we receive approval and sign-off on the drawings.
What is your freight policy?
Because of the great variation of weight and size of our various fixtures, we do not have a set policy on freight.
I live near the ocean. Will your fixtures hold up to the moisture and salt air?
Yes. We use high-grade stainless steel wherever possible in our fixtures. Where it’s not possible, all the other pieces undergo a three step anti corrosion process to protect the metal.
Do you have a written warranty?
We offer a One Year Limited Warranty that is outlined in our policies. We are an established, reputable company, are very proud of our work and always stand behind the quality of our products.
